6. חלוקת הוצאות
(א)הוצאות החזקתו של בית הדין, כפי שנקבעו בתקציב המאושר, יחולקו בכל שנה בין הרשויות המקומיות באופן יחסי למספר המשרות כפי שנקבעו בדוחות הכספיים האחרונים המאושרים של הרשות המקומית בשנה החולפת.
(ב)השר יודיע בכל שנה לכל אחת מהרשויות המקומיות את שיעור השתתפותה במימון הוצאות החזקתו של בית הדין.
