1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”עתירה“ – בקשה לדיון נוסף לפי סעיף 8(ב) לחוק;
”נשיא בית המשפט העליון“ – לרבות השופט או השופטים שקבע לענין החלטה בבקשה;
”רשם“ – רשם בית המשפט העליון או סגן רשם של בית המשפט העליון.
