3. העתקי פסק הדין
לבקשה יצורפו העתקים של פסק הדין כמספר עתקי הבקשה, שאחד מהם לפחות מאושר ביד הרשם או המזכיר הראשי של בית המשפט העליון, והאחרים יכול שיהיו העתקים או תצלומים נוחים לקריאה מאותו העתק, מאושרים ביד עורך דין או ביד היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא־כוחו.
