4. מועד לדיון
תיקון: תשפ״ד
במעמד הגשת הבקשה ייקבע המועד לדיון בה, מוקדם ככל האפשר ולא יאוחר משבעה ימים ממועד הגשת הבקשה, והודעה עליו תימסר למבקש; (הוראת שעה ל־3 שנים מיום 6.8.2024): אם במועד קבלת הבקשה או בסמוך לכך, הורה בית המשפט על הגשת הערכת מסוכנות לפי סעיף 6א לחוק, יורה על מועד דיון, מוקדם ככל האפשר ולא יאוחר מעשרה ימים.
