11. קרון אמבולאנס
התקן יותקן לשימוש בכל אגן, רציף־עגינה או רציף, שכלל מספר המועבדים בהם בזמן כל־שהוא עולה על חמישים, קרון אמבולנס, שנבנה באופן מתאים והוא מקויים במצב טוב, כדי להסיע נפגעים רציניים במקרה מחלות או תאונות, אלא־אם־כן נערכו סידורים להשגת קרון כזה – לכשיידרש – מבית־חולים או מקום אחר, הנמצאים כדי רוחק שלא יעלה על ארבעה קילומטרים מן האגן, רציף־העגינה או הרציף, וקשורים אליהם קשרי טלפון.
