27. גלגלות
תיקון: תשל״א
לא ישתמשו בגלגלת להרמה או להורדה אלא אם נתקיימו שתי אלה:
(1)הוטבע על הגלגלת באופן ברור עומס העבודה הבטוח;
(2)הגלגלת הותקנה כך שהעומס השקול האפשרי הפועל על אבזר התליה של הגלגלת לא יהיה גדול מעומס העבודה הבטוח אשר הוטבע עליה.
