31. עגורנים ומכונות־כינון
עגורנים ומכונות־כינון יצויידו באותם אמצעים, שיפחיתו עד־כדי מינימום את סיכון ירידתו המקרית של מטען, בשעה שהוא הולך ומורם או מורד; – במיוחד, יצוייד המנוף, השולט על מנגנון מהפך של חוליית־תנועה שבעגורן או שבמכונת־כינון, בקפיץ או מחבר אחר נאותים.
