34. מכשול מחמת קיטור
יינקטו אמצעים מספיקים כדי למנוע קיטור־פליטה מכל עגורן או מכונת־כינון וכן – במידה שהדבר עשוי להיות מעשי – קיטור חי המוזן לכל עגורן או מכונת־כינון, מלהאפיל כל חלק של הסיפונים, מסילות־המעבר, הבימות, רציף־העגינה או הרציף, שבהם מועבד אדם כל־שהוא בתהליכים.
