7. ביטול ההתנדבות
תיקון: תש״ם
התנדבות לשירות בכוחות המילואים תבוטל בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)המתנדב הודיע בכתב למפקד היחידה על רצונו לבטל את התנדבותו לשירות לפני תום התקופה שצויינה בהצהרת ההתנדבות;
(2)תמה התקופה שצויינה בהצהרת ההתנדבות.
