9. התנדבות לתקופת שרות מילואים נוספת
תיקון: תשל״ט
מי שחייב על פי החוק בשירות מילואים והתנדב לשירות בכוחות המילואים לתקופת שירות נוספת על זו שהוא חייב בה, ישרת שירות מילואים באותה תקופה נוספת אם הוא ממלא אחר התנאים האלה:
(1)הגיש הצהרה חתומה בידו ובה הוא מבקש לשרת תקופת שירות מילואים נוספת הנקובה בה;
(2)שר הבטחון אישר את התנדבותו.
