2. הוראת שעה
על אף האמור בתקנה 9א לתקנות שירות ביטחון (התנדבות לשירות ביטחון), התשל״ד–1974, בתקופת תוקפה של ההכרזה, רשאי ראש אגף כוח אדם בצבא הגנה לישראל להתיר קריאת מתנדב לשירות מילואים גם לתקופה העולה על 180 ימים בשנת כספים אחת, אם הדבר נדרש לצורך ביצוע פעולות הנוגעות להתמודדות עם התפשטות נגיף הקורונה ובלבד שהתקופה לא תחול לאחר תום תוקפה של ההכרזה.
