7. הגשת קובלנה
(א)ראה התובע, על פי החומר שנאסף, כי יש מקום להגיש קובלנה נגד הנילון, יגישה לוועדת משמעת.
(ב)קובלנה תוגש בארבעה עותקים ובעותקים נוספים כמספר הנקבלים בה.
(ג)עותק מהקובלנה יומצא לנקבל בהקדם האפשרי ולא יאוחר משלושים ימים לפני תחילת הדיון.
