11. קביעות בהתמחות
מאמן יודיע למועצה על מתמחה שאינו מופיע בקביעות למקום התמחותו, והיא רשאית שלא להביא בחשבון את תקופת ההתמחות שבה לא שמר המתמחה על קביעות כאמור, כולה או מקצתה.
