5. ביטול אישור לאמן
המועצה רשאית, לאחר שניתנה למאמן הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו לפניה, לבטל את אישורו לאמן, אם נתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)המועצה נוכחה לדעת כי השמאי לא מילא כראוי את תפקידו כמאמן;
(2)השמאי הורשע בעבירה משמעתית ובשל הרשעתו סבורה המועצה שאין הוא ראוי לשמש מאמן.
