Section 3 of תקנות שמאי מקרקעין (אגרות), התשע״ב–2012, מועד התשלום.
3. מועד התשלום
(א)האגרות לפי תקנות אלה ישולמו עם הגשת בקשה מהבקשות המפורטות בתקנה 1(1) עד (5).
(ב)הופק שובר תשלום לתשלום אגרה תקופתית לאחר מועד הפקת שוברי התשלום התקופתיים ושולמה האגרה בתוך ארבעים וחמישה ימים מיום שהופק שובר התשלום או עד תום חודש מרס, המאוחר מביניהם, תחול האגרה המופחתת כאמור בתקנה 1(5)(ד).
