16. הודעה על אישור אצווה
תיקון: תש״ע־2
(א)לא ישווק רוקח אחראי של בית מסחר לתרופות חומר גלם המיועד להכנה רוקחית אלא אם כן הודיע למנהל כי בדק את האצווה ואישר כי היא מתאימה לרקיחה בבית מרקחת.
(ב)הוראות תקנה 15(ב) יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, גם על הודעה כאמור בתקנה זו.
