23. סימון תכשיר על פי מרשם
נופק תכשיר על פי מרשם רופא בבית מרקחת – יסומן התכשיר המנופק, בנוסף לאמור בתקנה 20(1) גם בשם בית המרקחת, מספר סידורי של המרשם, תאריך ניפוקו, שמו של החולה, והוראות השימוש הנקובות במרשם.
