12. מסירת כתבי בי־דין
כתבי בי־דין והודעות לענין הליכים לפי חוק זה [צ״ל: החוק] יומצאו בהתאם לסעיף 9 לחוק, בדרך שתבטיח את מסירתם לפי דחיפות ההליך, בהתאם לכתובת למסירת כתבי בי־דין כמפורט בתצהיר המבקש.
