10. בקשה לרישום כלי טיס ותעודת רישומו
תיקון: תשמ״ב
(א)המבקש רישום כלי טיס ותעודת רישומו ימציא לרשם מסמכים אלה:
(1)מקור של הבקשה לרישום כלי טיס;
(2)שטר מכר חתום בידי המוכר או ראיות אחרות בדבר בעלות הקונה־המבקש כאמור בתקנות אלה;
(3)קבלה בדבר תשלום אגרת תעודת רישום.
(ב)הרשם רשאי לסרב לקבל בקשה אם ימצא כי פרט מהפרטים שצויינו בה או במסמכים שצורפו לה אינו מדוייק, או כי שם המבקש אינו זהה עם חתימתו.
