23. ביטול תעודה למטרת יצוא
בעל כלי טיס המבקש לבטל את תעודת הרישום לשם יצואו של כלי הטיס, ימציא לרשם בקשה בכתב לביטול תעודת הרישום ויתאר בה את כלי הטיס לפי סימני הלאומיות והרישום, שם יצרנו, דגמו, מספרו הסידורי והמדינה שאליה ייוצא.
