31. חובות מחזיק תעודה
בעל תעודת רישום לסחרן יודיע מיד לרשם על כל אחד מאלה –
(1)שינוי שמו;
(2)שינוי מענו;
(3)שינוי המשפיע על מעמדו כאזרח ישראלי או כתושב קבוע;
(4)חיסול עסקו.
