35. שינוי ברישום כלי טיס משועבד
נרשם בפנקס שיעבוד או עיקול על כלי טיס לפי תקנה 34, לא ייעתר הרשם לבקשה לשינוי הרישום של כלי הטיס, אלא בהסכמת בעל השיעבוד, או על פי צו בית משפט, בית דין או ראש ההוצאה לפועל המבטל את השיעבוד, מעבירו או מסיבו, או המבטל את העיקול.
