47. תנאי לשימוש בסימני רישום זמניים
(א)לא ישתמש אדם בסימן רישום זמני אלא –
(1)לגבי כלי טיס שבבעלות מי שיש לו תעודת רישום לסחרן;
(2)לגבי כלי טיס שאינו רשום בפנקס או במדינת חוץ ושאינו נושא על גביו כל סימן זיהוי אחר;
(3)לגבי כלי טיס אחד בטיסה באותה שעה.
(ב)לא ישתמש אדם בסימן רישום זמני לצורך הטסת כלי טיס לישראל למטרת יבואו.
