תיקון: תשע״ד
בקשה של בעל מניה לכלול בסדר היום של האסיפה הכללית הצעת מועמד לכהונה כדירקטור לפי תקנה 5א או 5ג תכלול את הפרטים האמורים בתקנה 26 לתקנות הדוחות ותצורף אליה הצהרת המועמד לכהן כדירקטור לפי סעיף 224ב לחוק, ולפי העניין – גם הצהרה לפי סעיף 241 לחוק.
