10. אגרת בדיקה
תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשמ״ד, תשמ״ה, [הודעות], תשמ״ט
(א)הרשות המקומית שבתחומה נבדקו הדגים בידי רופא וטרינרי מקומי תגבה, בשביל מרכז השלטון המקומי, אגרת בדיקה כמפורט בסעיף 16 בתוספת השניה לתקנות אגרות בריאות, התשמ״ט–1989.
(ב)נגבתה האגרה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא תגבה רשות מקומית אחרת אגרת בדיקה נוספת.
(ג)אגרה בעד בדיקת דגים מיובאים תשולם לפני הוצאתם מהנמל לקופת מרכז השלטון המקומי.
