12. סמכויות של רופא וטרינרי ממשלתי
לא נבדקו דגים כאמור בתקנות אלה תוך 48 שעות מעת הודעת בעל הדגים, רשאי רופא וטרינרי ממשלתי לבדקם כמפורט בתקנות אלה.
