15. מניעת הפרעה
לא יפריע אדם לרופא וטרינרי ולא ימנע בעדו מלהיכנס לכל מקום בתוקף סמכותו לפי תקנה 14 ולמלא את תפקידו בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
