4א. שיטות בדיקה
תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)משקלו הנקי של דג קפוא ייקבע לפי שיטה המפורטת בתוספת השלישית.
(ב)בדיקה ודיגום לענין תקנה 3א(2) יבוצעו בהתאם לשיטה המפורטת בסעיף 303 לתקן ישראלי ת״י 841 מאדר ב׳ התשל״ג (מרס 1973) – שימורי דגים; קרפיון במתכונת מסורתית (גפילטע פיש).
