5. מקום השיפוט
(א)ערר שוועדת הערר קבעה כי יש לקיימו בנוכחות הצדדים, יידון בהתאם למקום העסק העיקרי שבעניינו הוגש הערר.
(ב)יושב ראש הוועדה רשאי להורות על קיום הדיון במקום אחר, אם סבר שנפלה טעות בבחירת מקום הדיון או שמאזן הנוחות מצדיק זאת; ערר שהועבר כאמור לא יועבר עוד.
