16. אניות המסרבות להכנע לאמצעי ההסגר הקבועים
תיקון: תש״ט
(1)כל אניה המסרבת לקיים את אמצעי הזהירות הקבועים ע״י רשות ההסגר בתוקף הוראות התקנות האלה, הרשות בידה לעמוד הרחק מן הנמל.
(2)אניה כזאת אפשר להתיר לה להעלות סחורות רק אם היא מבודדת ואם הטילו על הסחורה את האמצעים הקבועים בחלק ב׳.
(3)כיוצא בזה אפשר להתיר לכל אניה כזאת להוריד נוסעים עפ״י בקשתם בתנאי שהנוסעים הללו ייכנעו לאמצעי הבדיקה שיקבעו ע״י רשות ההסגר.
(4)אם האניה מבודדת, רשאית היא לטעון גם עצי הסקה, צרכי אוכל ומים.
