19. הסמכות להשמיד סחורה נגועה
רשות ההסגר תוכל אם תמצא לנכון, לשרוף מלבושים ושאר חפצים ששוים מועט ובכללם סחבות שאין האניה נושאת עמה כסחורה בלתי ארוזה.
