4. יש להטיל תקנות נגד אניה הנתונה במצב בלתי סניטרי
למרות כל האמור בתקנות אלה, תוכל רשות ההסגר להטיל אמצעי בדיקה מיוחדים נגד כל אניה הנמצאת במצב בלתי סניטרי במדה העשויה להקל על התפשטות המחלה המפורטת בתקנה 2(2) וביחוד על אניה צפופה ביותר בנוסעיה.
