52. הפיקוח על נוסעים העוברים דרך גבול היבשה
מותר להטיל את אמצעי הפיקוח דלקמן על נוסעים העוברים דרך גבולי היבשה:
(א)מותר להטיל על נוסעים פיקוח רפואי שימשך לא יותר משמונה ימים למן היום האחרון שבו היה החולה מועד לחשש הידבקות;
(ב)נוסעים החשודים במחלת קדחת דינג שנמשכה פחות מחמשה ימים יש לבודדם בהתאם להוראות רשות ההסגר בתנאים שיגנו עליהם בפני עקיצות יתושים עד שיעברו חמשה ימים מאז נראה בהם הנגע.
