12. מתן הודעה לנושים
הוקמה קרן ההגבלה, יתן בית המשפט הודעה על כך לכל נושה שתביעתו כפופה להגבלת האחריות ושעליו הודיע המבקש לבית המשפט עד להקמת הקרן וכן יפרסם הודעה על כך ברשומות ובכל דרך אחרת נוספת שתיראה לו.
