10. מסירה רגילה
(א)פרט לאמור בתקנות 8 ו־9, תבוצע המסירה בהתאם לתקנות הדיון האזרחי, 1938.
(ב)הומצא המסמך הנועד למסירה בטופס אחד, יידרש האדם שלו נועד המסמך, למרות האמור בתקנה 36 לתקנות הדיון האזרחי, 1938, לאשר את קבלת המסירה בחתימתו על גבי כתב אישור שצוינו בו שם הרשות שהיא מקור המסמך, שמותיהם ותיאורם של הצדדים למסמך, מענו של האדם שהמסמך נועד לו ומהותו של המסמך.
