36. ביצוע בחוץ לארץ של החלטת בית משפט בארץ
רצה אזרח אחת המדינות בעלות האמנה, שמקום מושבו בישראל, שהחלטת בית משפט בישראל המזכה אותו בהוצאות משפט עקב תביעה שהוגשה נגדו על ידי אזרח מדינה בעלת האמנה, או עקב התערבותו של אדם כזה במשפט, תיעשה בת־ביצוע במדינה בעלת האמנה, יגיש בקשה על כך למנהל בתי המשפט.
