42. בקשת ידיעות על רכושו של המבקש מחוץ לישראל
תיקון: תשט״ו
(א)שופט או רשם הדן בבקשתו של אזרח מדינה בעלת האמנה להרשות לו להגיש תביעה בחזקת עני או לפטרו מאגרות ומהוצאות משפט ומצא שמן הראוי לקבל ידיעות על רכושו של המבקש באחת המדינות בעלות האמנה – יפנה לשם זה למנהל בתי המשפט.
(ב)מנהל בתי המשפט יפנה אל משרד החוץ בבקשה להשיג את הידיעות המבוקשות.
