42. הנחות בישראל לגבי משפט שמחוץ לישראל
(א)הוכרה זכותו של אזרח מדינה בעלת האמנה לעזרה משפטית ללא תשלום או לפטור מאגרות ומהוצאות משפט מחמת עניות במדינה בעלת האמנה, תעמוד לו זכות זאת בישראל לגבי המצאת כתבי בי־דין ובקשות חיקור־דין באותו משפט.
(ב)הזכות האמורה בתקנת משנה (א) לא תפגע בזכותה של מדינת ישראל לבקש מהרשות המבקשת את החזרת התשלומים ששולמו למומחים בחיקור־דין.
