9. תנאים מוקדמים להשתתפות במכרז
משרד הבטחון רשאי להתנות את ההשתתפות במכרז בהיות המציע ספק מוכר או קבלן מוכר כמשמעותם בתקנה 10, לפי הענין, וכן בתנאים עניניים נוספים, לרבות תנאים בדבר נסיונו של המעונין להשתתף במכרז, כושרו, כישוריו, היקף פעילותו, עמידה בדרישות תקן ישראלי לא רשמי, חשיבות המקום שבו מתנהלים עסקיו וקיומן של המלצות אודותיו.
