10. שינוי סוגי חברות
חברה פרטית שהפכה לחברה ציבורית וחברה ציבורית שהפכה לחברה פרטית, תדווח על השינוי לרשם, כאמור בסעיף 343(א) לחוק; הפכה חברה ציבורית לחברה פרטית, תציין בהודעתה מיהם בעלי המניות בחברה הרשומים במרשם בעלי המניות, כמות המניות שבבעלות כל אחד מהם, וסוג המניות, אם קיים יותר מסוג אחד של מניות.
