12. רישום שעבוד
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)חברה תדווח לרשם על פרטי משכנתאות ושעבודים שיצרה לפי טופס 10 שבתוספת במועדים הקבועים לכך בפקודה.
(ב)ברישום שעבוד לפי הסכם מכר או שכירות, ניתן להוסיף הערה בטופס האמור, כי אין הרישום כשלעצמו מעיד על כוונת הצדדים להסכם, שהנכס נושא ההסכם ישמש כערובה לחיוב כאמור בסעיף 2(ב) לחוק המשכון, התשכ״ז–1967.
(ג)מסמך שנמסר או התקבל אצל הרשם לפי סעיף 178 לפקודה, יכול שיהיה בשפה האנגלית.
