תיקון: תשנ״ב
המבקש תעודת סוג או תעודת כושר טיסה לכלי טיס יקבע באישור המנהל, נהלים ומידע המיועדים לצוות האויר של כלי הטיס לשם השגת הפחתת רעש בהתאם להוראות נספח 16 לאמנה המתייחסות לסוג כלי הטיס, שאותו כלי טיס נמנה עליו, לרבות רמות רעש שהושגו בעת הליכי תיעוד סוג כלי הטיס.
