5. הכרה בתעודת רעש שניתנה על ידי מדינת חוץ
המנהל רשאי להכיר בתעודת רעש שניתנה על ידי מדינת חוץ בעלת האמנה, אם הדינים שלפיהם ניתנה התעודה עונים על הוראות נספח 16 לאמנה, או על הוראות חלק 36 לפ.א.ר.
