14. איסור זכויות החופש החמישי והששי
לא יותרו למוביל אוירי במהלך טיסות שכר זכויות הידועות כזכויות ”החופש החמישי“ או ”החופש הששי“, אלא בהתאם להסכם או הסדר בין ישראל ובין המדינה או המדינות הנוגעות בדבר.
