20. איסור גביית תשלום פעמיים
ביטל משתתף בטיסת שכר את השתתפותו לפני ביצוע הטיסה, לא יגבה המארגן תשלום בעד אותו מושב בטיסה ממשתתף אחר אלא אם החזיר למבטל את מלוא הסכום שגבה ממנו בניכוי סכום בעד הוצאות, אם סכום כאמור פורסם מראש והמנהל אישר אותו.
