25. טיסות שכר מחוץ לנתיב
על טיסות שכר מסוג טיסה מחוץ לנתיב יחולו הוראות הפרק הראשון אלא אם נאמר בהן במפורש אחרת, ומשך השהות של המשתתפים בהן יהיה כאמור בתקנה 23(א)(4).
