17ח. פניה להשתתפות במידגם
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)דוגם לא יפנה לבוחר בבקשה להשתתף במידגם אלא לאחר שהבוחר סיים להצביע בקלפי האמיתית.
(ב)בפנייתו לבוחר בבקשה להצביע בקלפי המידגם, רשאי הדוגם לתת לבוחר הסבר על מהות המידגם ועל אופן ההצבעה בקלפי המידגם; סירב בוחר להשתתף במידגם לאחר פניה והסבר כאמור, לא ישדל אותו הדוגם לחזור בו מסירובו ולא יפנה אליו שנית בענין זה.
