24. מעטפות פסולות שנמצאו בקלפי
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשנ״ח
נתגלתה במהלך ספירת מעטפות ההצבעה כאמור בתקנה 23(4) מעטפה פסולה, לא תיפתח המעטפה והיא תוכנס למעטפת אריזה לפי טופס 7ה שבתוספת; לאחר הכנסת כל המעטפות הפסולות למעטפת האריזה האמורה תיסגר המעטפה ויושב ראש ועדת הקלפי וכל אחד מחברי הועדה שירצה בכך, יחתמו על גבי מעטפת האריזה.
