42. תפקידו של מזכיר
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשס״ג־2
במסגרת תפקידו של מזכיר ועדת הקלפי לפי סעיף 32א לחוק, לעמוד לרשות ועדת הקלפי בכל הקשור במילוי תפקידיה, מזכיר ועדת הקלפי –
(1)יעמוד לרשות ועדת הקלפי בקבלת החומר והציוד והעברתו למקום הקלפי;
(2)ישמור על החומר ועל הציוד שבידי ועדת הקלפי;
(3)יעמוד לרשות ועדת הקלפי לרישום הפרוטוקולים ובמילוי הטפסים והגליונות אשר על ועדת הקלפי לערכן;
(4)יארוז את חומר הבחירות בסיום עבודת ועדת הקלפי וילווה להעברתו ומסירתו למנהל הבחירות.
