1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ז
בתקנות אלה –
”רשיון“ – (נמחקה);
”רופא מחוזי“ – רופא בשירות משרד הבריאות ששר הבריאות הפקידו על לשכת בריאות מחוזית או נפתית;
”רופא“ – רופא מורשה כמשמעותו בסעיף 2 לפקודה;
”המחלקה“ – המחלקה למקצועות רפואיים במשרד הבריאות.
